1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital 3D models and custom designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital products once delivered, unless there is a technical issue or the delivered files are corrupted or incomplete.

2. Custom Orders
For fully custom projects, we work closely with you during the design process to ensure satisfaction. Major revisions after final approval may incur additional fees. Please review all proofs carefully before final confirmation.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If your order includes physical items (such as 3D prints or merchandise), you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

5. Return Shipping Costs
